- Payment timing
- The initial card payment is made when the subscription is purchased. Recurring charges are made automatically on each monthly or yearly renewal date.
- Service availability
- The Service is generally available immediately after the application is complete. However, when necessary for maintenance, incident response, security, server load, or other operational reasons, we may temporarily restrict, suspend, or change the availability conditions of all or part of the Service, including data export functionality, such as usage limits, concurrent execution limits, and processing time.
- Returns and cancellations
- Due to the digital nature of the Service, payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be provided for a material defect, failure caused by us, or where required by law.
- Subscription cancellation
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. No further charge will be made after the next renewal date. To cancel, click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the header and open Account & Subscription Management from the menu.

- Internet access, a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge, and JavaScript are required.
